Chef Benoît Violier opens "Le Restaurant de l'Hôtel de Ville" in Crissier

Le Restaurant de l'Hôtel de Ville in Crissier, Switzerland, a  Michelin 3-star restaurant, has just been taken over by accomplished chef Benoît Violier.

The inauguration on 5 September revealed its lavish new contemporary decoration including brand new tableware designed by Raynaud for chef Benoît Violier.

Subtle shades of grey on the rims of the plates in the "Hommage" collection echo the restaurant's contemporary, graphic design. This decor is deployed on all the plates and tableware, and is complemented by a napkin ring engraved with the Chef's initials and an "Equilibre" steel champagne bucket by Ercuis.
