Raynaud at the 25th birthday of the Alain Ducasse "Louis XV" restaurant

240 top chefs from 25 countries in 5 continents totalling 300 Michelin stars were invited by Alain Ducasse to convene in Monaco from 16 to 18 November 2012 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Le Louis XV, the renowned restaurant at Hôtel de Paris.

The three days concluded with a grand gala dinner to which Bertrand Raynaud was invited, as one of the courses was served in the new “Minéral" plate (available in january 2013), which Alain Ducasse has taken a particular liking to.
