Discover the new collection "Essentiel" !

Essentiel is ideal for highlighting a special dish or presenting a chef's tasting menu.

A collection that comprises three central plates and seven surrounding items, which together can be tailored to an infinite variety of requirements, to create uniquely stylish table settings.

Raynaud asked three chefs to choose pieces from the Essentiel collection and use them to present one or more dishes from their restaurants' menus.

GUILLAUME DELAGE, Chef at Jadis restaurant in the 15th arrondissement in Paris,

THIERRY MARX, Chef at Sur Mesure restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in the 8th arrondissement,

and TOSHITAKA OMIYA, Chef at Agapé restaurant in the 17th arrondissement

all joined in enthusiastically and creatively, bringing their own personal touch to the photos in the Essentiel catalogue.
